This is a well designed establishment and would recommend it to anyone it is well cared for and the people are friendly it is usually not very crowded and has a nice feel to it I can’t get good service on my phone but that’s not a big deal I like this place and would recommend

Kim and Sam do a wonderful job making sure you're taken care of. I bought a 2004 Buick Rainier from them. It drives smooth and it's been what I'm looking for, They answered my questions the best they could, and did everything they possibly could to make sure I was satisfied.

Got a decent car from the ANAMOSA custom car credit, paid way too much for it, then when the current staff took over they began calling before my payment was even due. In the beginning it was set up that the payments were due on Saturdays due to working third shift and getting paid on Fridays. They began calling on THURSDAY before the payment was even due leaving messages saying the it was due that day. They would even keep calling on Thursdays in the morning even though we told they that we knew when the payments were due and that we worked third shift and not to call us in the morning, they would call at 9 right after we finally fell asleep. Then they began the ten payments on time they would credit the account 50 dollars and then we had to argue with them about how many payments we had when we had the ten payments even though the payment before the tenth payment they would tell us that it was one more and they would give the extra payment but yet every time we went in for the extra payment they would claim that it wasn't ten. Kieth the new manager is the rudest person that I have had to deal with and very unpersonable to the point where we didn't want to talk to him at all even when we went to make the payments. However they do have one good thing about their business. Joe a salesmen who would also take our payments was the nicest most personable person there, he is the only one that we want to deal with when we go in. I would not recommend this business unless you must go there because no other car dealership will work out an arrangement.
