I have given my Ford Freestyle car for the 3rd routine service at 13000 kms on 06.03.2021 Saturday at Sarthi Ford Anand and after that I have noticed that the Engine Check indicator was continuously in on condition, I immediately brought to the notice to the executive available there and they connected my car with the laptop and the indicator of Engine check came to normal. There after I came to home and while coming from Anand to Nadiad again the indicator started blinking continuously. So again they picked up my car on 11.03.2021 and returned me on the evening of 12.03.2021 for rectification of the error. But even after keeping my car for total three days they did nothing and the same issue persists as it is. I again called the Sarthi Ford Anand service centre and they replied that it was because of installation of CNG Kit. But the reply received from their side does not seems satisfactory as previously before going for routine service of car the engine check indicator was not continuously blinking, and if it was dur to installation of CNG then it should be ON from the date of installation of CNG not after the service. Also one of my friend had installed the CNG kit but such problem does not persists in his car. The service centre at Anand seems have not tried their best for the resolution of the issue. Moreover the engine oil also they have filled was not upto the required level and one of the engineer there filled almost around 600ml in my presence after I noticed the less quantity was filled. Which clearly shows that they are filling less engine oil as compared to the actual requirement. I very humbly request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and arrange to resolve my issue on priority. I may be also contacted on my mobile or through mail for any additional information if required. Regards.

On my recent service, the person who was servicing my car got injured on his finger while changing certain part. So my first priority safety. So next time onwards all the service man should be provided safety gears like tough handgloves and more through which the person won’t be injured. So make sure for if and if it won’t be solved i will reach to ford higher authority and report against your showroom about these.

Never put your car for service at Sarthi Ford, worst service provider. Charge more than specified by company. Change the spare parts which do not require to change.
