From the sales consultant to the Geek Squad installers, we are so happy with Best Buy. We recently bought a 75 inch tv, soundbar, etc and the experience was wonderful. We feel we got a great price for the whole package, based on having a home V3 membership. We would never go anywhere else for electronics. We are also dealing with In Home Consultants on smart technology for our cottage community and Andrea Baird has been awesome. So knowledgeable and responsive. Way to go, Best Buy!

Best buy no longer gives you the option of speaking to anyone through the phone. Their entire message directs you to their terrible website which is completely unhelpful. After half an hour of going through their automated BS I thought I'd get a hold of someone but NOPE. It was an hour and a half wait time to speak to some corporate guy. I just want to ask a simple question to an employee in a store. Why is that so difficult?
