I have ordered online from them. In fact they are one of the very few Canadian e-commerces that sells decent grooming products, for wet shavers including. Shipping may be quick if you are ordering in Canada because of customs (or lack of it). I have yet to try their own products for shaving, but I am seeing growth in the venders as Barrister and Mann. Great and exciting.
I discovered this company in the summer and since then I have ordered a number of men's grooming products from them. I have experienced exceptional service, exceptional choice of products and great value. I highly recommend this place.
Watch the shipping with this company. I ordered some items from this company and paid for next day Fedex. Turns out it was shipped using Canada post, and I should be getting my package by the end of this week (4 days later). I have tried calling them with no response, and sent 3 emails with no response. I know this is only 9.70 for FedEx next day, but when I pay for something I expect to get the service I paid for. I like to support local, but that’s not right. Would expect a refund on my shipping if I ever get a response. Per the owners random comment, he never sent me any emails, perhaps they are sending to the wrong address? I would expect that you would have gotten a un deliverable response since i never got an email. I also tried calling but know one answers the phone.
I had a great experience ordering from here. I wanted to support a local company rather than a large corporation and Fendrihan made it easy to do so. The website is well designed and very easy to navigate. They have a wide range of products to accomadate beginners and veterans alike. Prices and shipping rates are competitive. They have free gifts for every order which is a great time to try something new.My order shipped the same day and because I live in the city I recieved it the next day. Customer service is great Alfred and Julianna are truly class acts. I am already looking for an excuse to buy something else.
