All the people at Glendale Motors are very polite, courteous and honest. They have excellent work ethics and care about their customers. They charge very reasonable rates and the office is always clean and organized with beautiful trees and plants. I was able to use one of their courtesy cars so I could drive to work. They are just super nice, knowledgeable people. I am so happy I finally found an excellent, honest, caring place to care for my car. Thank you so much Glendale Motors!

Glendale is absolutely the best place in Hamilton and surrounding area to take your vehicle. Honesty, integrity, professionalism and knowledge. What more would you want?! I’ve taken vehicles from Subaru, VW, GM, Audi. They work on all makes. I’ve been going there close to 20 years as needed. Their staff are also the friendliest, most professional folks I’ve met in an auto service environment
Excellent pricing! Significantly cheaper than what I was paying at the dealership, with just as good if not better quality. Great customer service, they worked with me when I wasn’t able to pick up my car by the end of their working hours and when I wasn’t able to find my extra set of keys they texted me ASAP to let me know where they were. Will definitely be using them as my go-to from now on!
Got my car towed here, wasn’t sure what was wrong! it smelt Like something was burning, wanted to be safe than sorry. Long story short nothing was wrong!!!! they check it out for a few hrs. Then I get slapped with this absurd bill! Will never go back back what a rip off. 171 for them to tell me my car is fine!! Oh but they gave complementary at car wash! So I guess it was justified! It’s sad when you are new to the city and don’t have a mechanic and you take to a trusted name, and you get taken advantage of like this! :(
