Ive been going here for years, the staff has always been friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and have honestly supported me through countless hair colours XD The store itself is always clean and organized and there’s always someone to help you out, would highly recommend this place.

Just picked up a wahl detailer 2020/June /9 (covid 19) purchased warranty, but as I walked out they said final purchase odd, but gave it no mind. Anyway wouldn’t turn on, did some more inspecting and found hair in the teeth, called them and they tell me it can’t be replaced due to covid 19? Hmmmmmmm

This is the third time I have shown up to this location and it's been closed for an hour during the day. I showed up today with my grandparents at 1:15pm to find a hand written sign stating that the store would be closed until 2:20pm.
If you want people who know what their talking about, don't bother going here. And if you do go here, get the worker's opinion and do the opposite of what they say, because that actually worked for me. Once I went back there 8 times in the span of 5 days I just started doing the opposite and it actually worked. Also with some of these people claiming to be hairdressers, some of the advice they give me turn out so badly I wouldn't trust them with a Barbie's hair.
