I always have a wonderful experience whenever I go for my appointments. I've been going here for the past few years and the staff are consistent in providing professional dental care, as well as creating a comfortable experience. Dr. Wallace, Amy, and Rachelle are great and I highly recommend their services!

I came to S.A.F.D. on the recommendation by a friend who understands my past history with not-so-great dental experiences. Over time all nerves and feelings of anxieties have gone away after getting to know Dr. Wallace and his team at South Ancaster Family Dental. On every visit, I am greeted by Rachelle's positive and relaxed attitude. The hygienists that I have met include both Cindy and Amy, who make me feel at ease.They take the time to explain every step of their procedure and provide opportunities to ask questions about your quality of care. Dr. Wallace is very gentle while using his instruments during the assessment portion. His speech is easy to understand. I trust his professional opinion and quality of work. When I leave the office, I feel assured about my dental care. In the likelihood that I experience discomfort or pain, I know that the office is available to me to call for a follow-up to treat my immediate concerns. I never thought, I would find a dental office that was compatible enough that I actually look forward to visiting on a routine basis. I give credit to South Ancaster Family Dental for changing my mind about quality oral care. I recommend their office to anyone who is considering switching!
I switched from my old dental office to South Ancaster Family Dental and was pleased that I did. A very beautiful and clean dental office. A newer practice in the Ancaster area but they have a great small and close knit team. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional! They always take their time with you and you can tell they are very focused on the health aspect of dental care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially for those looking for a practice that is focused on taking care of your whole family.
