I'm an experienced care worker, from a foreign country originally and I had an interview for a care assistant position. My interview was delayed for 2 weeks several times because of the premises being closed for any visitors due to D&V which already made a bad impression. Although English isn't my native language I answered all questions instantly, except 1 time when I was looking for the right word in English since I know 3 languages to explain myself. Perhaps that is more than enough for them to refuse you (even if it wasn't mentioned in their requirements), with a response: Your knowledge isn't good enough for us and you STRUGGLED answering the questions. If you are looking for discrimination, this is the right place.
