Nice customer service. No results. This is ultimately the same VA healthcare system that so many veterans have suffered from and now I see why. I went in for an issue that could have been easily remedied immediately. The VA sent me to a specialist. The specialist referred me back to the VA and recommended the simple remedy to the VA. The VA did nothing after I went to the specialist. I called a few times to get clarification on the status. Never received any type of remedy or explanation of why they wouldn’t do it. It’s been nearly 4 months from the time I initially asked about my issue. Nice to your face, same terrible VA that has earned the awful reputation we’ve heard about for years. It’s worse when you have to experience it first hand.
