I love family owned! I go in here quite often and always buy something. My latest purchase was a beautiful and high quality Wolf pelt. I hadn't seen one in as good of a condition at this one. Had my eye on it for awhile. No other fur store is getting my money, I will always come back here. The owner Roberto is always helpful and knowledgeable about his products.
Honestly I had such a terrible expirence at this store. I went in with a friend to look at the fur key chains they had hanging on display. After a few minutes my friend had to use the restroom mind you she is pregnant as well. So she goes towards the back to try to use the bathroom and the older women that works at this establishment comes over to me and doesn’t ask if I need assistance or anything just “did you come in with someone where is she” I proceeded to tell this women that my friend is pregnant and needed to use the restroom. She then ran twards the back of the shop to see if I was lying. It was an EXTREMLY rude and unbecoming expirence from this shop owner. I’m not sure if she made a judgment based off how I look or how I was dressed. Maybe if I had been a 32 year old Caucasian white women with blonde hair and a designer purse she would’ve reacted differently twards me and my friend, who knows? I just know I will never stop by the establishment again and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone in the local area. 1 star but if I could give it 0 I would!
