My husband discovered this place by accident and we are so glad he did. The mead is absolutely fabulous and pretty reasonably priced. We have bought growlers of 4 different types of mead and each one is better than the next. We typically just drive up and hand over our empty growlers and have them refilled to enjoy at home. We had a nice chat with Margot, who was full of information and tips like "Don't be afraid to put ice in it! We wont get mad at you!" We have been telling everyone about this place. Awesome!!

Unbelievably friendly! Great selection and will work with you for suggestions! The curbside pickup is a great concept to grab a locally made product and enjoy it at home! I highly recommend!!
So nice to have fantastic local offerings. Great job Jason!
Great place for friendly folks, and very tasty and widely-varied mead, made right on the premises. Tasty food options, too. Highly recommended!
Slow service. Even with 4 people working there. You could wait 30m to get a refill. Otherwise tastes very good. --- I was banned for giving a 4 star review. Instead of addressing the criticism and fixing the problem, the owner (Jason) banned me. That is a sign of narcissism (attacking anybody who criticizes, no matter how small). Jason said I should have talked to him first. However both him and Margo (his wife) passed me by while I had an empty glass, my finger in the air, and I was looking directly at them. That prompted me to hit 'send' on the review. I don't know what else I could have done except snap my fingers at them. The day I waited 30m was several weeks ago, in a corner behind the bar. I watched the minute hand swing from 15 after to 45 after as I watched them dry glasses, but I questioned why they had to clean glasses when they had so many clean ones under the bar, where I could see them stacked. I left my hand up for what felt like 10m at a time, with several breaks. The day I was banned I was there about 15m before someone asked what I'd like. I was a regular, so this has been an ongoing problem. I waited for them to fix the problem several weeks. I believe I even left a note about slow service in the Clover frequent customer app the week before I was banned. Since I'm now free to complain, the food is the legal minimum requirement; all processed and pre-packaged. The ambiance is obviously terrible since it's an office park. (I didn't hold those against them.) I've been in 5-star restaurants/bars and they will serve you water and refill without you even having to ask. This is definitely not 5-star service. I'll have to remove this place from our community calendar. I regret telling people about it now. Will they be successful? Probably if they focus on distribution; they obviously suck at customer service.
A co-worker has been bragging about the Winter Hum and it lived up to my expectations. The coffee is very apparent but not overpowering. I was greeted promptly and with the kindness of someone loving their passion and thrilled to share that. I am excited to try the ones housed in whiskey barrels one they are ready for the public!
Looks like it is the weekend. From the staff to the owners they are top notch. Jason, the mead maker (who has more gold medals than the entire Mr T, Olympic team) is extremely knowledgeable and not in that pushy "I know more than you" way and personable. You are chatting with a friend when you talk with him.
Looking to try something new, my husband and I enjoyed a flight of meads and ciders that were excellent. Each mead and cider was balanced and displayed unique qualities showing care in how they were made. Jason spoke with us about the different honeys and how they impart different flavors into each mead he created. My husband is a bourbon drinker and found the still meads to be very enjoyable. They also offer lite bites and snacks to enjoy. The herbed cheese spread is not to be missed. We will definitely be back.
