Participating in the self defense course was a great experience. The instructors were very knowledgeable and provided a comfortable setting. The class size was most often small and the workouts were quite challenging. I would definitely recommend.

I took the Basic Handgun course with Dion and it was very informative. The hands on shooting portion was top notch and the classroom environment and review of local/state laws was outstanding. I have also done some shooting up in the mountains with these guys as well and it proved to be very rewarding.

I took the CCW class from Ancillary One. It was both professional and educational! The training program, both lecture and live fire, were well planned, organized, and properly executed. I would recommend the program for anyone looking for both practical, as well as the required, education for the permit. They know their handguns, and gear the training to the audience, regardless of sex or experience.

Took the course to get my concealed permit. I loved how the course was set up and made you think about all aspects of the responsibility you have carrying a gun. Would highly recommend these classes.

I took the concealed handgun course about a year and a half ago. The training was extremely well done, it was a mixed class 60/40 men and women, and several attendees had never shot a gun before. The instruction was very thorough and knowledgeable, and afterwards there was a live fire test at the range where the course was being held. On the first test there were several attendees that did not pass and the instructor was very knowledgeable in correcting their shooting. In the end only one or two didn't pass. I was happy to see that the instructor wasn't passing folks unless they could prove that they had the skills. I would highly recommend Ancillary One to anyone wanting to get their concealed carry permit.
