The 5 stars are for Cedric from the 'invoicing' department. He offered to continue the conversation in EN, seeing that I was struggling in FR, and not only did he give complete picture about the invoice details and so on, but he also provided additional info on payment possibilities. He took the time to listen to what I had to say and tried to come up with a solution that would fit both parties involved. He was more than helpful, I believe it was one of the most pleasant conversations I have ever had with people working in that environment. Cedric, thank you for your kindness!

Perfect service, super friendly staff
In general small hospital with all services but regarding urgences/ a&e terrible service sitting here since hours and after asking 2 times when the doctor will come a doctor came, I am here as a patient I don't need to tell a doctor when he needs to come I am waiting, they need to do their job and come, it's not even free, I will pay the services so they better start doing what they are being paid for.
Radiology: I received CDs that did not work. So I arrived at specialist and was not able to open the IRM results. I had to go back and they laughed. Horrible service.
Totally incompetent
Hospitalisé 3 mois en chambre seule. Un seul problème dû à un kinésithérapeute extérieur...(1 sceance) d'où 3 mois. Aussi non tout était au top personnel et soins. Même la nourriture. Pourtant je suis assez exigeant.
En général bien quand vous êtes opérée mais la revalidation à éviter de toute urgence sale dégoutant trou dans les rideaux la crasse au fenêtre intolérable pour un hôpital De plus les photos ne passé pas sur leurs site je pense qu' il pourrait fermer Juste très contente du Dr Deknop
service IRM à déconseiller ! Accueil inexistant. Aucune empathie pour un examen qui n'est pas évident pour le patient. Protection auditive à revoir, bruit de l'examen insupportable et pas de possibilité (ou pas prévenu) de s'exprimer en cas d'angoisse pendant l'irm. Pas d'explication sur le déroulement de l'examen. Dommage, dans ce service, la bienveillance serait la bienvenue !
