The bus stop is a bit far so I’d recommend you go by car. The restaurants there don’t accept cash though.
IKEA is one of the best stores for households requirements, decoration, kitchen equipments and furniture and everything you need at a house. I appreciate the style of the store. Some stuffs are of a good quality but some of them not.
Nice showroom for shopping . Family restaurant and paying area for kids under 7 years old. Easy Parking Parking for disabled people And Parking for electric cars with charging stations.
I sent a 90 EUR item back over two months ago and since then it has been stuck in IKEA Anderlecht. After one month, I contacted the customer service who promised me they would flag my return as priority. Last week, still nothing so I tried following up with them again, but since then, customer service has been unresponsive, so I find myself having to leave 1 star reviews in the hope that they will finally look at my request. This is not the type of customer service that is acceptable from a renowned franchise such as IKEA.
I enjoy this store, but unfortunately their customer service is very poor. I received a broken delivery item and tried contacting them about it, but received absolutely no answer or help and was left with a broken piece of furniture. It is disappointing.
Great combination of household product..... Opportunity for all kind of consumer( low and high price customer) ............ Combinaison of price, quality, sales after service is top..... (personal opinion )
Staff are friendly but hard to catch, find However: Covid 19 rules are not enforced. Many many fun shoppers who are not on their own and don't respect the timing rules either.
