(I posted this on her actual review website and “ it didn’t get “approve”coincidence I think not!) She is by FAR THE WORST LAWYER IN EUGENE BEWARE ALL EUGENE/SPRINGFIELD community She was handling my dads immigration case and because of bad advice and handling of his case he is now stuck in his home country for possibly a year or more. Wen he went in for his schedule apt. They told him that if he had filed the paperwork differently Things would of been different in a positive way .She set up an apt for him in his home country which took for ever to even get that apt we constantly had to be in her case for updates on my dads case. Often times she had my dad file the same paper work over and over because she “ missed placed it or it was filed wrong” . At one point she thought my dad was from Mexico he is not from Mexico , obv no notes were taken. YOUR JOB AS A “LAWYER” is to make sure sensitive paper work is filed right. Yet she failed with this, As a lawyer you are suppose to advice your case what steps to take next and what’s best for your personal case. Wen you contract a lawyer you trust and believe that every next step you take with your case is the best step right? That’s why we get a lawyer and payed thousands of dollars to make sure everything is filed property. Yet Angela R Anderson failed to do this! My parents even contacted her wen there case was denied and she had the audacity to say “Your case has been closed you will have to repay and redo all the paper work “ Is this the kind of lawyer you want Springfield Eugene community? I don’t! There is many other lawyers out there! That genuinely care for you and don’t SCAM you ! Save your money and time and DO NOT GO WITH ANGELA! WORST LAWYER IN LANE!
Many thanks, Angela. I came here because I couldn’t get my Social Security because I wasn’t a US citizen. After listening to my story, Angela advised me that actually I already was a US citizen, if only I could prove it. I don’t have any living relatives and no records or documentation of anything, but she took care of everything. She found records that I didn’t know existed in WA and BC. Records from my mother’s childhood and early adulthood. Now I have a little bit of my family history too. I tried twice on my own to become a citizen and lost a lot of money and years worth of time trying work with the government and then trying to appeal their denial on my own (and they denied my appeal saying it was not possible to appeal?) Anyways the attorney solved all of this for me and then got me proof of my citizenship to take to Social Security. I wish I had come here first.
I went from nothing, to DACA, to my green card, and now i'm close to being a citizen and i'm just so extremely grateful for everything. There is no way I would of had the guts to even try without my lawyer. Alot of my friends chickened out. You changed my life.
Angela is very knowledgeble on immigration, made the process easy and understandable, and did an excellent job on our case. My wife received her green card quickly. Highly recommended!
