I know 5 stars is high, but Arbor Properties Group is a unique in what they do. It was great to work with! What a great concept and a refreshing way to sell a house. Selling a house is stressful as it is, but with Arbor, you have a team working WITH you to make it easier. They walked with us each step of the way, discussing options, giving us choices and letting us know what to expect. We were able to make our house even better because of their partnership and investment. I would definitely recommend them if you are selling your house. In fact, I already have!

With their unique marketing strategy, they sold my home in record time as promised for a great market price. The video production and professional photo shoot that they did for my home was fantastic. I enjoyed being exposed to their motivated and creative process. No detail was too small. They really listened when I told them what was special about my house, and promoted it's most valuable features plus a few more that they discovered as well. They were friendly, professional, continuously in contact, used every modern way of communicating which was very helpful with my intense schedule. My friends were suspicious when I first signed their super short term, two-week, listing contract. (almost un-heard-of) But, these guys shot me strait and executed exactly like they said they would with full integrity. And, if you're looking for a new place, make sure to check in here, because they mainly list exceptional situations with unique opportunities that won't last on the market.
I chose the Arbor Properties Group and it was the best decision ever! Adam and Jordan were great from start to finish. They are very professional and responded promptly to every question I had. They are not your average real estate agents, using a very different pro-action way of marketing that really paid off. Their hard work sold my house in a matter of weeks. I signed a contract for one month and they started working, hard, immediately. They listened carefully to everything I told them about the upgrades to the house. They took pictures not only of the house but of the entire property and created a virtual tour of it all. They did a marketing promotion prior to the open house and had their laptop on site during the open house to give potential buyers a view of how the house would look with different decors. I tried to sell my house on my own for months and realtors would call to try to list my house. I interviewed a few of them but their advice was to do things to benefit the buyer such as to lower my price or pay for the buyer’s closing costs. Most realtors will tell you they don’t like to take listings for less than a month because they don’t have enough time to market the house before the listing expires. I’ve sold homes before and it’s been my experience the realtors would simply list the house on the MLS and wait for a buyer to find them. If the house didn’t sell they would put forth some effort toward the end of the contract period to secure the commission. Not so with the Arbor Group!
