My daughter has been dancing with CDC (California Dance Company) for the past 3 years, and it has been an amazing experience. We absolutely love it! We haven’t met a teacher we didn’t love and they have all helped her grown and develop so much. She has come out of her shell and has gained so much confidence. We can’t recommend them enough, try it!

My daughter started dancing at California Dance Company when she was 3 (in 2009). When we started going there, we were excited to see our daughter was being taught the technique that helped her to become the dancer she is, but what really has made us stay, and never consider moving is that CDC coaches care about my child. They teach the kids discipline and the value of hard work. They teach the kids not just how to be better dancers, but better people in general. They teach team work, determination, and to encourage others. They offer not just the typical dance classes you see at most studios, but also offer aerial silks, and tumbling. We found CDC for our daughter in 2009, and it has been her second home since.

My girls have been attending California Dance Company (CDC) for 5 years now. My husband and I are both impressed with CDC and how invested they are in the youth of our community. They have a wide variety of dance classes for all ages with two locations and several different days and times to meet the needs of either stay at home parents as well as working parents. Our girls have so much fun dancing each season and they end each season with an amazing performance to showcase all of the students hard word. CDC is professional and organized each year. Their professionalism and creativity really showed to be true during the COVID pandemic. They held virtual dance parties so the kids could still “get together” with other children, they continued their classes via zoom (which is hard to do on such short notice), and they continued to keep their main focus on the students and their needs. I feel so blessed that we have such an amazing dance studio in our community for our girls to attend. We know that they will leave class more confident and empowered each class. They learn how to work hard, strive to reach their personal goals, and to work as a team. I highly recommend CDC to any family looking for a dance studio to join.

Miss Dylan is amazing with my 3 year old! She has taken part in Dance/Tap and gymnastics. The small kids really love her the facility is kept clean and not lacking professionalism. And I love that they offer a weekend class.

California Dance is THE BEST! My girls have been going there since they were in diapers. Simply put- CDC grows passion, confidence and incredible friendships! I can't say enough great things about them! With the re-open related to COVID, They created a process that really put me at ease; hand washing stations, temp checks, before the dancers even walk through the front door! So impressive! Plus it gave my girls a sense of normalcy in such a crazy time.

Due to lockdown I understand that businesses have to make due, but the way that the studio has chosen to handle this pandemic is astounding to me and many other parents. If I could give this place a one star I would.

I enrolled my daughter at CDC when she was 3 years old so she could be around other children, have fun and learn skills. What I didn’t know at that time was that this studio CDC was going to turn into her second family. Everyone from the dance instructors, student helpers, and office staff have been apart of helping my daughter grow as a person and dancer. She has made the best of friends here with the children. They offer so many different options for each child, person and family. They continue to grow and add more but yet are able to retain that personal touch and attention for each child. I highly recommended CDC both Anderson and Redding location as my daughter has attended both.

This place is AWESOME!!! I can't say enough about the teachers and the staff. They have multiple shows a year so we can see how our little ones are improving, and they do lots and lots of other fun things for the kids throughout the year as well. They offer all sorts of dance as well as tumbling for the little ones! Cindy the owner/manager is so sweet and helpful. And Sonya, the head dance teacher, is just incredible too-she's Canadian and besides teaching dance she teaches athletes it is not cool to vape! A wonderfully wholesome place for kids to learn some fun dance skills!!!
