Poor execution of property management. They prioritize new tenants over current tenants, inconsistently charge rent when a tenant would be charged a fee for paying past 5 days, offered no reparations for a leaky roof in my unit, etc. Unfortunately for me I love my unit and moving is awful; I had a much better experience with the previous property management company.

These people will tear up asbestos and dump it in their own community dump site, To save money they use owners dump permit for construction materials that are not part of his personal home... These people are friends with local building inspector, and more than likely paying him off to look the other way. _Just Saying_
