Amazing company, worked closely with me to get the install just as I wanted with both units on internal walls powered by a single external. Excellent staff, really polite and friendly. Highly skilled and accommodating. Couldn't be happier. Twin AC installed for two bedrooms. Super efficient and no maintenance. Installed without a pump so units should be good for decades and almost silent operation, really amazing infact. Will recommend to all my friends. Scott did the install, I couldn't fault him at all. The air can go both freezing cold and super hot, it's totally luxurious. The install itself looks super smart as well, I can't stop grinning when I see it :D

Scott came on time and was polite and helpful. He made little mess and brought his own hoover to clean up. He even brushed the roof outside. I would recommend him to anyone interested in Air-conditioning.

Our unit was fitted in 2014. Not only does it do a fabulous job of cooling us down in summer, it also keeps us warm in winter. Scott & Robert did a really good job fitting it with little or no mess. Would recommend them.

Had air conditioner unit installed with this company a just over 2 years ago which has recently developed a major fault. It was installed by Andersons with a 3 year warranty. Manufacturer states that the original installer must do the work for a claim under warranty. Despite numerous phone calls and many months of trying this company keeps fobbing me off and will not come to look at the unit. They sold me a unit warranty and happily took my money but the warranty is worthless because they refuse to inspect / repair the unit under the manufacturers warranty procedure.

From Quote to Installation, Andersons were fantastic - helpful friendly and great communication (from scott). They provided a very competitive quote and suggested various options to satisfy my requirements and budget. They worked fantastically with myself to fit in with my build programme which required first and second fix install. The suggested product was great (2x mitsubishi split systems), and the install very professional and robust as well as being neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them!
