The quality of products available are no where near the ones offered by the competitors. Monginis was good in the past but have failed to keep up with the standards set by Birdys, Ribbons and Balloons, Danish etc.

had ordered 50 paneer puffs from Marol branch, worse experience i have ever had.. paneer was very hard to chew as if it was prepared a week ago.. will never order again.. they didn't even provide plates along.. very disappointed
