Aria Steel Alvand Company was established in 2009 to manufacture aerated autoclaved concrete (AAC) blocks and panels. In 2013, the company launched an autoclaved light concrete production line in cooperation with Dongyue, a licensed AAC concept Gmbh from Germany. The products of this factory include aerated autoclaved blocks and panels, as well as special concrete glue, which are known as "Baroosh"​. The factory has an annual production capacity of 300,000 cubic meters of AAC block and panel and 100 tons of concrete glue. This company is the first manufacturer of AAC panels which have dimensions of 600 cm long and 60 cm height and different thicknesses in Iran.
