What an amazing place, the outside of the building is so beautiful and many benches to sit. A good place to spend your day walking around. The place also shows the cultural theme of buildings merged with the modern themes. There is also a forest beside the place that have been prepared with good roads where you can go for a walk. I went there on Autumn and the place was majestic. you can take bus no.11 from the bus terminal and it will drop you there

1층에서 볼 수 있었던 예술품들..다양한 문화행사 더 이상은 볼 수 없게 되었네요. 주변 도민을 위한 열려있는 도청은 더이상 없네요. 문화와 예술에 대한 가치 부분에 대해서만큼은 이전 도지사 분의 탁월한 안목이 그립습니다.
