Being the average male, I thought the lockdown meant I had no way of getting a present for my wife’s 65th birthday. Then she mentioned a necklace and matching earrings she had seen in David Mellor - Family Jewellers Andover. I now had 3 days to get the items before my wife’s birthday. I sent an email asking for help. Amy came back to me very quickly stating she had the items in the shop and that she would get them to me before the birth date. On the day she said she would get them to me she had problems starting her car. Now 2 days before D Day, but, Amy called me the day before stating she had the items, she took my card details to pay, and just to save me more heartache she said “I will personally deliver the present to your house”. Which she did, what a star. Customer relations, Customer Compassion and the understanding of a sticky situation due to the bad planning of a desperate man, has left me with no doubt who I can trust to provide an excellent service. Thank you Amy, my wife was over the moon, and I was rescued from the jaws of incompetence.
