After many many years with this practice the new owners have refused to refund the money that I payed in advance into the practice plan despite the fact that i have not been able to use the dentist for nearly a year. Outrageously bad treatment of a long standing customer- daylight robbery.

I have sent 3 emails attempting to reschedule an appointment in May, I have not received any response at all. No doubt if the appointment is missed they will be quick enough to email me with a fee for not attending!! Very disappointing indeed.
