I recently suffered the loss of my mother and my only intention was to cancel my late mother's insurance. Brian and his team informed me of mom's six month advance payment on her auto insurance and that they would attempt to get refund check for me. I got the check and hit a roadblock due to the check was written to my mother not me her son. Instead of Brian just giving up and saying sorry for your circumstances Brian never relented and fought for me to get the refund check and a couple of days I got the refund check. The money was never mine, I didn't have a Farmer's account but Brian met a grieving man one day and made conscious effort to say I am going honor my client in life and death. Brian Journagan you have my thanks and my lifelong respect.
