Vitaliy is an awesome guy with old school customer service you do not find anymore! Very responsive and friendly and takes the time to show you what he is doing. I was having an issue with my home not cooling properly and he made a long drive to my home only to have it turn out to be an issue with me letting the AC get too dirty outside. It was a newer unit, I didn’t expect it too dirty so quickly, and it wasn’t easy to see the buildup of seeds and debris because of the design. Despite it being 100% my fault, he wouldn’t even let me pay him for his time. Needless to say he’ll have my business for a long time and I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!

Justin in sales did an excellent job of listening to my concerns with the old system and proposing a new system to improve heating and cooling comfort in my home. Hvac Doctor is an amazing company! They installed and serviced by AC and have helped with minor repairs along the way (like a small gas leak at my furnace--which they did not install). Their customer service is prompt and positive. I have no complaints and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.
