The flying locksmiths came highly recommended. My significant other called and they came within the same week. I am a teacher, I scheduled support services with my special education students around this appointment with the flying locksmiths- they showed up over an hour late to when they gave the time. The man who came was extremely rude and dismissive of my questions. When asked how much it would be and when the service would be done the man said - I will reach out within the next two days. After a month of waiting for the estimate/quote my significant other called once again the man on the phone said oh yes will call tomorrow with that quote. That was in December. Needless to say we have YET to hear from them we went with a local company Lock and Keys and we were seen and had new locks installed same day. I will NEVER call this company, or reccomend them the level of unprofessionalism was unexpected for sure.

I would not recommend for other services such as deadbolt install. I would recommend for lock changes, though prices may be a bit high. The person basically hacked my door frame with a router instead of using a chisel to install the strike. The deadbolt I bought from HD was missing the strike. The tech installed the deadbolt without the strike and told me to go to HD and obtain one and he would come back and install. The tech as friendly and professional. They obviously can not control what I or HD provided. I went to HD, got my strike and called to have them finish the job and was told it would be another service fee. I understand they are running a business, but to me they did not finish the job, which I had to do. That is when I noticed what was don to my door jam, which made my life much harder than it should be because the tech bored out a massive hole in my jam with a router, far larger than that the deadbolt needed, probably because he did not have the strike to use as a guild. If you need a rekey, they were helpful with that. I did not shop around for pricing and service and now I wish I did. I would not recommend other services though.
I needed replacement keys for a file cabinet. The Flying Locksmiths responded to my email within minutes, and my new keys were on their way within 24 hours.
First good sign was they answered the phone and communicated very well. They said they would be out the next day and they held true to their word. The tech showed up, changed all three locks and was out in an hour. No mess, no fuss and a great pricing. Thank you
Had them re-key locks to house. The technician did it quick and efficiently.
