This is one of the first 1 star reviews I have ever had to leave a business but I am generally appalled by the customer experience I have received. Ordered several items online and when they were received, they were not worth the money. Spoke to the CEO, who was completely useless and not understanding at all. Refused a refund too. It's a shame as the actual products look lovely and are exactly what I thought needed but for a premium product, it's not what I expect and I certainly don't appreciate the attitude of the staff

Premise: I've not ordered nor have I bought anything from this story, I'm merely judging the esthetics and arrangements.of the store, which look absolutely divine. Very expensive yet gorgeous forniture, very different from anything I've seen before, super unique.

We are very happy with our online shopping (ordered coffee table and side table). We live close to the showroom so we went before to check the items personally. The shop is amazing they are some really unique designer pieces. Generally the whole environment is vibrating. Salesman was very friendly and helpful. We received the items in 4 days (was everything in stock). We will be back very soon to buy some decorations for our home. Thank you again!

Overpriced. Was Ill advised by staff on fabric choices. Poor quality. Having to live with the consequences of a 2000 armchair with fabric that tears easily. Sent for refurbishment once but problem reoccurred soon after and told to refurbish elsewhere. Will never purchase this brand again.
