Contacted Andy with reference to my sons gaming laptop. Called him in the morning and he quickly installed a new hard drive on the laptop at a very reasonable price compared to other companies. I would highly recommend and use Andy again for all my PC related problems.

Got stuck upgrading my computer, called Andy and he was round the same day (On a Sunday!) to have a look, took the computer and had it ready and tested 2 days later for less than half what I was expecting to pay. Was even flexible about getting it back to me! Absolute gent from start to finish and I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else for computer assistance from now on. Andy will be my go to guy!
Addressed my broken desktop quickly. Found out it was a damaged motherboard which I'm now getting fixed via warranty. Great service and fast email replies!
