This company ran by Lauren Owens are the worst people I have ever come across in my lifetime. They take over my lease MID LEASE from my landlord. They immediately start to try and evict my family because we fell behind due to Covid. They also try and charge a pet deposit after we had permission from our landlord to have two dogs. We had a third dog right before we signed the lease and it was a non issue until this management company took over. So we got rid of the dog within a couple days and they still tried to charge a deposit. We finally was able to get assistance from the Salvation Army to get us paid up and a month ahead. As soon as they received the pledge letter they let me know our lease would not be renewed. Offered a 500 payout to leave early on March 15th and our rent is paid up through that month. Rent is 1400 so I said no and said we will leave on the 31st since you want us out early. Our lease is up on the 11th of April and was told I would have to stay till then or it would be reported to my credit and I would not receive my deposit back. So you want me to leave early during a month is paid for and offer less money than half a months rent then you tell me I have to stay till the end of my lease or you keep the deposit AND report to the credit bureau? This lady Lauren needs to have a come to Jesus meeting. No way this company earned a 5 star review unless they paid a company to do so. Lauren Owner was rude and hateful and has no business dealing with the public. She must me just a miserable ugly person that needs plenty of prayer.

What an amazing group of people! They made moving to my new apartment the easiest transition that I've ever experienced! Sarah, Rita and Lauren are the friendliest, absolute professional and easiest staff to communicate with. I'm so thankful I was able to find them and I had been looking for MONTHS! From step one Rita worked her magic and had me in my apartment in just a few short weeks. Sarah and Lauren provided my keys and treated me like family! I have been in an apartment clomped tan by Angel Ridge Properties for several years now and I have to say they have been the best landlords. They are very understanding, and work with you when you need it. They also have very quick response times and always answer their phones during business hours. When I first moved into my apartment we had problems with the toilet overflowing, they sent someone to my apartment the same day and it was fixed within an hours (the previous tenets kid stuck a baby toothbrush in the toilet and it got stuck). The apartment is very nice and was recently renovated and is one of the nicest looking apartments I could find in this area for the low price I pay for rent. I also adore the staff in the main office so much, they are always so friendly and very professional.

All I can say is Thank You!!!!! This team is amazing, friendly and professional. Found my family the perfect home and addressed every concern and need. These folks are more than just a Property Management/Leasing Company, They have become friends!! Steven the Maintenance Mgr., has been so awesome in helping me learn how to take care of our pool. He has been so patient and comes out to show us what we need to do to keep it maintained. Thank You for truly caring about your tenants and going above and beyond!!!
