Purchased INSPIRON 15 5000 last month. The unit came from Silicon Valley SM Pampanga and it was delivered to SM Clark for pick up and payment. Yesterday, I was using the unit and it suddenly died. I could not open it anymore. I called Dell support to report the issue and they told me that the unit is REFURBISHED! Such a waste of business hours to sort out a defective, refurbished unit!
