My bad experience with Cargo Hauz Clark. They don’t bother to inform the shippers if the flight schedule has been cancelled or rebooked. What is the use of signing up for contact number if your people don’t know how to use it? My father has been waiting for several hours for my package and no one intelligent enough from Cargo Hauz to text us that our cargo was still in Clark. Common sense and one cent of concern guys.
