Excellent modern decor, delicious food, fast and friendly service. Try the omelets or All American for breakfast. I tried some of the Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancakes, very tasty. The coffees are perfectly made. You can play Billiards and they also have a full bar. They have a very full menu for lunch and dinner.

If you are a single man looking to enjoy the pleasures of Fields Avenue and you cannot afford the ABC then this is your place. Note, the ABC Hotel is better BY FAR in every way but it is much more expensive. This is a decent place to have a long term rental. Friendly Filipino staff and good accommodations. Make sure that you get receipts for all financial transactions. They are not so good at accounting and they will come back to you to pay again if you don’t have a receipt. DO NOT BUY HERE. Just don’t. The management lacks integrity.

I spent 2 months here earlier this year. Beautiful property but very rude British staff. The Filipino staff are wonderful. Maid service probably best in Asia. Friendly security. Serious problem is One or two of the British staff ruin the experience. Thuggish behavior from one British staff manager in particular. Other British staff are excellent. Owner please hire a higher quality of British managers with actual hospitality experience. On plus side the design and quality of units are best in Angeles. Compliments to owner. The only other downside is the nearby Karoke or music club that blasts music late into evening. Beyond control of Kandi management but a definite problem
Stayed at Kandi Tower 3 and must say I was impressed. The facilities are amazing and rival ABC. The restaurant had very nice cheap food and the staff are super helpful. Will defs stay here again.
