Original review: I brought in my laundry on a Sunday and said it'll be ready Wednesday. I came back and they said it'll be ready on Monday or Tuesday. BUT I LEAVE TOWN ON SUNDAY! (One star) Update: I just got a text that they're delivering my clothes to the hotel. (Three stars)

Honestly i did not have experience with the laundry service, but as Anthony Grimm husband of the owner, giving 1 star review to other laundry shop just to give them a low rating, without even experiencing what that said other laundry shop can offer them that tells me how un professional this laundry shop is.
