Erin Jenner did my tax preparation, not only was she rude and condescending, she laughed at me when I told her how upset I was with the service I received. When I asked her questions she was rude and had a nasty attitude. Every time I talked to her I felt like I was bothering her, she told me I had already asked her these questions and couldn’t understand why I was calling. She was supposed to do my fiancé’s amendment and told me it would be done ASAP, when I called about it she yelled at me and told me she wouldn’t do anything until our bill was paid. Which I paid with card at that moment. She then stated she was too busy and hadn’t touched it. I told her next year we would not be coming back and asked to talk to a manager and she laughed and said she was the manager. I was treated like garbage and will never use this business again. Erin was nasty and disrespectful.
