I liked that they had adoptable cats there. The bird is amazing, but I can tell that he is stressed do to his constant picking. I feel bad for him. Macaw's mate for life, and need that companionship. Hope he has a great owner that brings him home every night and gives him much love.

I truly try my best to give people the benefit of the doubt when writing reviews for stores but I am absolutely disgusted by my visit Angel's today. I have been to Angel's Pet world dozens of times before and have never had any issues with the staff or animals they sell, so not sure what exactly went wrong. I was looking to buy crickets for my gecko and noticed the mice in the cage nearby. As I was looking through the cage I noticed many of them had large open wounds. I spoke to one of the employees about my concerns and mentioned how I myself own mice and had never seen bite wounds to that extent before. She brushed me off and said it was just like horses, they needed to figure out the pecking order for themselves. I understand these are feeder mice, but this is just irresponsible husbandry. I ended up bringing the worst mouse home, after being told that he was doing better than previously and he would again, \figure it out.\ Hours after I had brought it home, it died as I expected. Again I know these are feeder mice but this is ridiculous. You have to be doing something seriously wrong in order for wounds to be this out of control. I attached a picture of the wounds on the mouse that I brought home. Just a warning that it is graphic.

The staff was so friendly helping me with food selections for my kitten! As well as it was so nice to see the adoptable cats in an open area able to interact. Instead of in small cages like you see in other corporate chain pet stores. HIGHLY recommend visiting Angels pet world
