The baskets are often unclean and dirty, and the bread and pastry section needs an overhaul, looks very unhygienic with everything exposed. A part from this the store is well stocked, super friendly staff and easy to navigate. There is also sections for foreign foods which is a bit unique. Open hours for the delicacies could be a bit longer perhaps.

It is located quit distant from the city. Though it is good place to purchase all groceries which they are selling with reasonable price. Shop is well maintained and open till 10 pm which is really good option. As it is located inside Resecentrum, few other shops and restaurants are available as well. Both bus and tram facilities are available from city center to reach this place.

OK, so I made the mistake to try to shop at ICA Maxi. Never mind that my credit cards didn't work. I have no idea why. They work, so far, everywhere else. It's the attitude that I was shown. When asked for help there where no help to find. The only answer I was told was:" I don't know". And when I asked if they could figure out a way to get my cards to work the answer was:" We are not a bank". No, thank you but I know a customer service is not a bank, but I expect somebody to know something, what to do, where to call or something. Is this the first time an American tourist tried to shop at ICA? If I get my say, it should be the last time too. G-d bless America. We just don't know how well off we are.
