AVOID THIS NETWORK!!!!!!! After buying a SIM card, they failed to receive my ID, so deactivated my SIM. After confirming my ID via email, they then réactiver my SIM. A month later, they then block my SIM and give my number back to Orange, because the say they didn’t receive my ID. Even though I have email evidence confirming they received my ID, they refused to do anything to retrieve my number back from Orange, leaving me to have to cover costs to reprint business materials with my phone number as I had no choice but to get a new SIM and number. They then just ignore all my emails. This is a terrible company, with the worst customer service. They are completely incompetent!
