I’ve had my two kids in TX, NY, and NC both inside and outside of military posts, and have never been happier than with a clinic like this one. Everyone at this location are very professional, sweet, and dedicated to each individual child. ️

I’m very disappointed in this office. Dr. Pereda is a great pediatrician but her billing office is horrible. I don’t appreciate the tone or lack of respect I received Flavio. I guess I am not supposed to inquire on why I received three bills on the same day with different amounts for a covered visit. I was told to call my insurance and have them tell me, you billed me so you should be able to tell me. I asked to be contact by Dr. Pereda and she never called. When you have a provider that cares more about the wrong information given to them and not does care on how you were treated or what was said I have a problem with that.
Dr Pereda has been seeing my son for months, dispensing his ADHD medication. When I asked her to complete a simple and short form in order to receive assistance from the pharmaceutical company, she refused, telling me she would refer us to a psychiatrist! This is the most unprofessional attitude I’ve ever dealt with, especially being that I pay cash up front each time we see her. Why, when she dispenses the drug monthly, will she refuse to complete a four line document for us to renew our assistance? I even offered to pick it up and fax it myself. Her reply was, “I’m busy and don’t have the time to mess with it.”
I bring both my kids to Kidz Pediatrics for all their needs. The doctor and staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The waiting area and waiting rooms are neat and clean. And if I have any questions or concerns I bring it up with the doctor and she is happy to help in any way! I recommend 100%
Definitely recommend coming here my kids love and enjoy every visit. The Doctor and her staff are extremely friendly and make you feel more than comfortable at every visit! Everything is spotless clean and they follow every healthcare protocol to keep you and your family healthy :) 10/10
