I'm not sure why people are giving them 1 star for doing their job?? The driver notices us and my son when we have to go outside to watch the truck go by (he's 2) 3 times a week. Today he stopped and got out to give him a couple little foam toys! A trash can and a little dumpster to go with my sons play recycling truck. It was very nice of him to do and I just wanted to say thank you!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I pay for twice a week service for my dumpster and they can only pick up once a week. I asked for a credit on my account and they said no because it was not reported and I said what am I calling for now. I wish I could find a new company but they are franchised here in West Columbia so so much for that.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY DO IN SCHEDULING AND APPARENTLY NEITHER DO THEY. IT TAKES 2-3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO COME PICK UP HEAVY HAUL FROM COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. THEY NEVER INPUT THE WORK ORDER AND HAVE TO RE-ENTER THE WORK ORDER WHICH TAKES LONGER FOR THEM TO COME OUT. ITS GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE WE HAVE TO RECORD OUR PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THEM, DO A FOLLOW UP EMAIL, AND THEN RECORD OUR SECOND CONVERSATION WITH THEM. THE OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST AND JUST CAN NOT GET IT TOGETHER. ANGLETON NEEDS TO DO BETTER OR CONTRACT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We switched from waste management because they are very expensive. Came to waste connections because of the price. They missed the first week of pickup. And now they have missed the 2nd week. We have now called 5 times and they have promised to come pickup every day. Nothing yet. On this last call I got the run around and the lady hung up on me. . On a positive note, their billing dept works, because they didn’t mind processing our payment the day we signed up.
