Not happy with customer service... I couldn't wear a face mask for health reasons and I told him, then he asked me if I've got a proof so I politely said I don't have it and according to the law I don't have to prove it ( checked on gov.uk). After that the owner told me to leave the shop... just couldn't argue with this arrogant man and I left the shop.

If you want good old fashioned quality service I would highly recommend Anglian Cycles. Great customer service without the hassle you would get a one of the major cycle suppliers that staRt with H. Well worth using for all your cycling needs and repairs.

Great traditional old bike shop! Happy chaps serving shame not so many of these types of shops left anymore. Beats Halfords anyday!
