I used Anglo Pacific to move from the UK to Melbourne, Australia. I have been really impressed with the service they have provided. Of the quotes I got from different companies they were the second most expensive however the quote was around how much I deemed reasonable to pay. Nita has incredible communication and was really helpful with making sure all my forms for customs were filled in correctly. The guys that packed up my belongings were very professional, efficient and did a great job as none of my possessions were damaged when I unpacked them. It did take 5 months door to door, 3 months is the time on the ship and then Australian customs takes as long as it takes. I have a lot of outdoor equipment so if you have any make sure it’s all cleaned and dried before it’s packed. I’ve only just received one of my bikes (9 months later) as I’d forgotten to clean it, however it is in the information Anglo Pacific give you so make sure you read it all and adhere to it as the Australians really don’t accept dirt from other countries! I was also impressed with company in Australia that Anglo Pacific had chosen to deliver my belongings. Communication here is more laid back than the UK so could be a bit slower, however Nita was also great at chasing them when needed. Although all the staff I spoke to here were helpful and I think they were just waiting on customs for my stuff to be cleared. The guys that delivered my belongings were careful, professional and kindly put my bed together as it’s big and bulky so I would have struggled on my own. Overall I would definitely recommend Anglo Pacific as a removal company and I would use them if I ever return to the UK.

Shipped my stuff in August 2020 from London to Melbourne and almost 5 months later it still has not been delivered despite the estimated delivery time of 8-10 weeks. Little to no communication from the company that Anglo Pacific has handed over to in Australia. Would not recommend.

After seeing all the negative posts we were really apprehensive about the move and considered backing out of booking them. However we proceeded and were nothing but pleased with their service to help us move from the UK to the USA. We used the full packing service and everything was packed beautifully at one end, arrived in perfect condition at the other end and on time. Their quote was also very competitive. Highly recommend this company and their partnership Schumacher in the US.

Very poor service. Appear to do nothing more than take your money and arrange initial pickup. Had to deal numerous times directly with DHL whilst the boxes were shipped for a variety of issues, and I'm now following up separately with their insurance claims agent for boxes that were damaged - Anglo Pacific appear not to handle this either. Better off going straight to the courier companies themselves, I struggle to see what benefit (if any) I have had by using this firm.

Absolutely horrible service. I have shipped items before, and this time I was not even shipping fragile stuff, but still they manage to deliver very sturdy items completely broken. This does not surprise me, as like many other's experience the boxes were delivered completely crushed, opened, and full of random holes... Photos attached aren't even the worst of it, my shipment was split up into 3 deliveries, these photos are from the first one, the second two boxes were in even worse state, and the last package, well, it got mistakenly shipped to Greece instead of Malta...
