I walked in to pick up my atm card that I applied in Mandaluyong branch. The teller in Mandaluyong branch told me I could pick up the atm card once available in any branch near me and just present a valid ID. So, after 10days I went in Angono branch since it is the current branch near me. But I was told in Angono branch to go back tomorrow after getting my ID and told me they have the package including my atm card because as per CSR, they need first to validate something with Mandaluyong branch. Like what???? You got my ID, I provided u the signed paper as well from Mandaluyong branch and u have the package but I cannot claim it? Not to mention it is more than 10 days already from my application.
EDIT: 10/5/2020 Someone skipped the number line and the teller/CSR didn’t even bother to check the number of the one who skipped the line. The lady who skipped a line didn’t show any signs that she has a disability and yet she got a pass. Totally disappointed. Zero Rating ️ Organized tellers and guardsmen implemented rules swiftly. During ECQ and MECQ. You’ll have to wait patiently and can’t really blame ‘em for the #NewNormal ‘coz that’s what it is. Overall experience is. ️️️️️

Nakaka yamot naman ito BPI wala man lang number sa mga gusto mag inquire una unahan kung sino ang susunod. Mabuti pa yung Teller me mga number yung mga nag dedeposito. Ayusie nyo naman BPI.
