Not satisfied by there service I have ordered carnation bouquet and due to unavailability they sent a mail that they were sending red rose bouquet but when the bouquet received it’s a mix flower bouquet of Garbera , marigold and only 2-3 red roses. I mailed their delivery team to resolve the issue but instead of resolving the issue they tried to validate that what they delivered is good and I should not raise the issue for it. Very unhappy by the service think before you order because they will decide what to send your choice is not their priority. I will appreciate them for timely delivery.
