When you visit this apparent graveyard for BMW's you can get the feeling you are suddenly an 'extra' in the latest trilogy in the cult film 'the hills have eyes!' When you get your expensive car fixed at the fraction of the price of a dealership, you realise at least you have not been 'killed' by price! No sales patter here, Ken will look after you!

Disgusted with how I was treated here today is an understatement, was told it would take 30 mins for the chap to check for the parts I decided to take a drive as it takes 50 minutes for to get there only to be told that he hasn't checked for the parts yet and he was going for his lunch and won't be able to help until 2.oclock, I hung around until 2 and was then told to come back another time after as he was to busy to look for the parts for me forgetting I am a paying customer!!! What a shame as there is so many parts I would have needed from here, wouldn't give this place a penny of my money!!!! And thanks again for wasting 2 hours of my life for nothing

I had starting issues with my e36 , the car was 10 days with a BMW specialist and they did not solve my problem. After that I took the car to Angus Buchanan , was fixed for a reasonable price. Also good for parts I recommend !
