As first-time homebuyers purchasing a pre-owned townhouse in Vaughan, my fiancé and I had many questions going into and during the inspection itself – what to expect, what would be covered, what some technical terms mean, etc. Even though we contacted Brandon over the holidays, he was able to schedule us in quickly which we really appreciated. Brandon was as informative and helpful through email as he was in person. The inspection never felt rushed and he took his time, walking us through everything and answering all of the questions we had. We didn’t have to take notes because he photographed everything, even minor things, to include in his report (which we received that evening) and this made the inspection easier to process mentally. Brandon did any amazing job! I would highly recommend him for home inspections. He did a very thorough inspection of all systems and allowed me to interact with him every step of the way. He shared his knowledge, concerns and even took his time to discuss options to repair certain aspects of the house. He used a very advanced infrared camera throughout the whole house which allowed us to see any issues in the walls and foundation (moisture, cracking, poor insulation). His report was done the same day and was filled with pictures, structural breakdowns, illustrations on how to repair any issues and more.
