This is the place for your fur babies. The staff and doctors are phenomenal. Our 13 year old was diagnosed with cancer and we switched to this practice in hopes of having a team that would support our goals for his end of life care — we couldn’t be more happy! No hidden agendas, open and honest discussions, and treatment like he’ll live another 10 years.

I really love the people here, and truly believe they care about what they do for my pets. Both of my dogs actually enjoy coming here for overnight boarding, so I guess that says something, too. I have great confidence in each of the veterinarians, and was particularly impressed with the breed-specific advice I was given by Dr Salapak when I brought in my new Viszla puppy. She took a lot of time with me to ensure that I knew what to expect and how to provide the best home for the newest member of the family. I think, however, that they've carried the COVID protocols a bit too far for too long. I'm 100% for masks, but having everyone wait in their cars in the parking lot and call into the office seems more like a strategy to control patient flow than actually mitigating infection. There is not one other business that I have visited in months that maintains this system. It is especially frustrating to make the call that you've arrived, only to have it go to voicemail when you can see employees go about their business inside. It's happened often enough that I've considered going elsewhere despite the excellent care my pets have received over many years.

Hands down the best veterinarian we have ever been to! We have been to expensive ones and cheap ones, looking for someone who not only knew what they were talking about, but cared. From the first phone call they were sweet, caring and informative. They walked me through everything and the prices and potential prices. They were caring, understanding and friendly. The vet assistant remembered me and our conversation from the phone. They were fair and did not over charge. The vet assistant even took it upon herself to carry Mars (my French Bulldog) to the car to help. Even called the next day to check up on him and even took time to ask questions! I now see why my friend recommended my Frenchie for his nare and soft palate surgery. Top rated! Just wish I lived closer!

I find Animal Care of Ponte Vedra to have personable and responsive employees from receptionists to the doctors. Their services are timely and fairly priced. If I have a question they will respond quickly. My dogs seem to go willingly and that is a big plus!

Animal Care of Ponte Vedra has taken such great care of our animals. They are very caring, professional and genuine. It's really nice that they call to follow up on how our animals are doing and feeling too. Highly recommend!
