I have been bringing my pets here for a couple of years and it is obvious the staff loves all animals. They even love my demon cat, Cuddles. All of the vets are polite, knowledgeable, and good at explaining what your pet needs. My dog had her teeth cleaned last summer and a few extractions. We were nervous about her being put under anesthesia given her age. The vet was very good at calling us to give progress updates. She is a feisty 15 year old Chihuahua mix. We wouldn't trust a vet to operate on her that we didn't feel safe with. I can't speak for the grooming side but if they hire staff like they do on the vet side you can expect great service.

Visited Animal Clinic East for the first time recently to have our cat Ember bathed and groomed. This is one of the only establishments in the Hamilton Place area I’ve been able to find that offers cat grooming services. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone when scheduling an appointment, the sign-in process was fairly easy, and the groomer did an amazing job taking care of our kitty. We will definitely be bringing both Ember and our dog Dingo back for any future veterinary / grooming needs! Highly recommended to any pet owners in the area.

Animal Clinic East has taken care of our beloved pet, Sunny, for fourteen years. He was particularly fond of Beth, who bathed him twice a month and Stacey, who works in the office. I can’t say enough about the compassionate care and treatment provided at Sunny’s end of life - for both him and me. It may be awhile before I get another pet, but I already know who I will trust to take care of his/her health needs. Thank you, Animal Clinic!

Dr. Craven and his team are absolutely THE BEST! They have taken care of all our dogs in a thoughtful, caring manner. Dr. Craven always takes time to explain things thoroughly and is great at returning calls. I love the fact that there is staff there after ormal\ vet hours and in case of emergency. I wouldn't trust anyone else with Bella!

Love them they walk you through everything that is going on with your fur babies. Took my little girl Scarlet in and I know it was hard on them to tell me that she had Cancer but I know that these workers do everything that they can do to make you feel comfortable and make your fur babies feel comfortable as well. They all feel your pain when you have to put them down.
