This place is absolutely amazing. They took such good care of my sweet guinea pig during her last moments, the staff was so considerate and even made paw prints in model clay for me to have from my baby. There's no better place to take your fur babies in an emergency than here.

Our little puppy got ahold of Our child’s Binky and decided she wanted to eat it. We were scared to death. Animal emergency and critical care was amazing from start to finish they took care of us on top of taking care of our little puppy and everything turned out wonderful. I thank this office from the bottom of my heart for doing everything to try and save our sweet pooch. They took amazing care of her during her stay there and kept us updated on her case. Unfortunately our pup had to be put down two days later at a different location. This office sent us a condolence card in the mail and it had a poem on it that was so sweet. If any of the workers see this review, I just want to thank you so much for being amazing and caring!! I would give 10 stars if I could.
