This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Vet. My Cat was in severe pain from an ingrown nail and was screaming all the way to the Vet at 1AM. Upon arrival We were met in the parking lot (COVID Rules) they took my Cat inside the clinic and came back out in just a few minutes and problem solved my Cat was quite all the way home with no pain at all and her paw healed almost instantly the very next day. The fastest and most satisfying visit at a Vet I have ever experienced. My Cat and I are extremely grateful to have such wonderful Vets in my community. Although this is an Emergency ER. I would want to bring my pets here for everything. There is nothing more I can think of that would of made our experience any better. I give a 10 out of 10 for outstanding service.

I’ve taken my pets (Family Members) to Animal ER Several times. I’ve always treated like I was there only customer every time I went. They helped me through some terrible times when I had to put to rest my Bulldogs within 2 months of each other. They also help my cats and bulldog in times of emergency and treated both my pets and me with total concern and respect. I will always use their service when needed. I would recommend them to anyone for pet care. They truly treat both you and your pets with respect. Thank you Animal ER. Ray Volberg.

I can totally understand why there is so many bad reviews about this place. My dog was breathing differently and had been sick a few days. She had lost her appetite and vomited. I was very scared when her breathing changed. They did not allow me to even go in the building with her. The Dr. came out and said to me she is playing and happy whats the problem? He seemed annoyed that I had brought her there. He was extremely rude and had no compassion and said we can do a xray for 400 but it may show nothing. I said why do it then?They tried to get me to sign a paper saying I refused service.The Dr. Screamed at me and said leave or I will call the police. Before this when I told him just get my dog I will pay the bill and leave he stood and stared at me. It was the most bizarre behaviour I have ever seen. Please dont take your animal there its the worst experience of my life.
